Who We Are

Dr. Valya S. Lee

Founder, Author, Educator & Strategist

Dr. Valya S. Lee is a veteran educator who is passionate about leading, teaching, and learning. She has over 30 years of experience within the K-12 public education sector; building internal brand and culture. The majority of her experience has been in direct contact with schools, administrators, leaders and their teams working to improve educational practices, implementing promising strategies and techniques. Her expertise and unique insight into educational leadership and school improvement

draws from real experiences, data reflecting student performance gains and demonstrated successes.

Dr. Lee has years of proven success as a a school level and district level administrator. As a practitioner and consultant in the field of education Dr. Lee has received numerous awards, and recognitions as she advanced through the ranks of the K-12 education Dr. Lee has held the position of superintendent in three school systems in addition to serving as an educator at the university level.She has worked as an adjunct professor and instructor in both public and private sectors. Having taught courses in educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, and content subject areas, She has also served in a supervisory capacity for preservice educators engaged in practicum experiences.

A native Georgian, Dr. Lee has had grassroots and direct interactions with leaders and others throughout the education community. She sat on the board of several reputable organizations and institutions associated with principal leadership and school improvement.
